On the reaction day the stock moved 5.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.7 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Standalone Q3 FY26 PAT fell to Rs 13.14 lakh from Rs 1,415.01 lakh YoY, with total income down to Rs 2,695.76 lakh from Rs 6,199.20 lakh. 9M FY26 standalone PAT was just Rs 53.36 lakh versus Rs 1,853.84 lakh earlier. Consolidated revenue dropped to Rs 34,625.78 lakh and PAT to Rs 2,544.57 lakh. Board dropped the stock split plan. Auditor KJK & Associates gave an unmodified review; earlier FY26 quarters and FY25 audit were done by other auditors.
Sharp YoY decline in earnings signals weak demand or execution issues; mid-year auditor switch is also worth noting.
