Arisinfra Solutions' Board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell to Rs 1,260.94 million from Rs 1,410.19 million a year ago, and the company posted a loss of Rs 47.82 million versus a loss of Rs 1.39 million in Q1 FY25. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew about 11% to Rs 2,120.82 million with a profit of Rs 51.12 million (down from Rs 64.56 million). Price Waterhouse issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. The Board also recommended reappointing Malay Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY26–FY30), reappointed Aman A. Jain & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY26, and reconstituted the Stakeholders Relationship Committee after independent director Ravi Venkatraman stepped down, with CFO Bhavik Khara replacing him.
Standalone losses widened sharply while consolidated profit declined, suggesting core trading business remains under pressure post-listing. The clean auditor opinion and recently completed IPO (Rs 4,614 million net proceeds, of which Rs 2,480 million is still unutilized) are positives, but weak standalone profitability and a 10%+ YoY revenue decline at the parent level are concerns for near-term investor sentiment.
