ArisInfra Solutions reported its most transformational year since inception, crossing Rs 10,000 Mn in revenues at Rs 10,675 Mn, up 39% year-on-year. Profit after tax surged more than ten-fold to Rs 603 Mn, while EBITDA margin expanded significantly from 6.53% to 9.43%. The company turned net cash positive with Net Debt/Equity moving from 1.25x to negative 0.09x, and cash flow from operations exceeded Rs 1,000 Mn. Higher-margin segments (Contract Manufacturing and Developer-as-a-Service) now account for 56% of revenue, up from less than 40% a year ago, driving profitability expansion faster than revenue growth. Q4 FY26 was the strongest quarter in company history with revenue up 55% YoY and EBITDA nearly tripling.
The 10x surge in profitability, margin expansion, and transition to net cash positive position represent a major turnaround story that should be viewed positively by shareholders. The shift toward higher-margin business segments and significant operating leverage improvement (revenue up 39% but EBITDA margins expanding by nearly 300 basis points) signals sustainable profitability growth ahead.
