ArisInfra Solutions reported strong FY2026 results with standalone revenue growing 22.5% to ₹6,558 million and consolidated revenue jumping 39% to ₹10,675 million. The company swung from losses to profitability with consolidated PAT of ₹603 million vs ₹60 million in FY2025. Standalone PAT was ₹249 million (vs loss of ₹177 million). Finance costs reduced significantly from ₹343 million to ₹199 million in standalone. The company completed its IPO in June 2025 raising ₹5,000 million. Current borrowings reduced sharply to ₹548 million from ₹3,363 million in FY2025. Operating cash flow turned positive at ₹1,420 million. An unmodified audit opinion was issued. The board also approved a scheme of amalgamation for subsidiary ArisUnitern Re Solutions Private Limited.
Strong turnaround with near-doubling of profits and significant debt reduction signals improving financial health. The 39% consolidated revenue growth and PAT improvement from ₹60 million to ₹603 million are positive for shareholders.
