Arkade Developers' board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with auditors (Mittal & Associates) issuing an unmodified opinion. For FY25, revenue from operations grew about 7.6% to Rs. 683.10 crore, while profit after tax rose roughly 27.7% to Rs. 156.93 crore (EPS of Rs. 9.25 vs Rs. 8.09 in FY24). Q4 FY25 PAT jumped to Rs. 33.26 crore from Rs. 19.62 crore in Q4 FY24, though Q4 revenue was lower than the previous quarter. The company raised its ESOP pool from 40,000 to 2,40,000 options, and appointed AVS & Associates as secretarial auditor for 5 years and Joshi Apte and Associates as cost auditor for FY26. Cash flow from operations turned sharply negative at Rs. (217.10) crore in FY25, largely due to a Rs. 418 crore jump in inventory, even as overall balance sheet expanded more than 2x post-IPO.
Strong annual profit growth (nearly 28%) and clean audit opinion are positive signals for shareholders, reinforcing confidence in the real estate business. However, the steep negative operating cash flow and heavy inventory build-up mean earnings have not yet converted to cash, so investors should watch project delivery, receivables, and IPO fund deployment (Rs. 108 crore still unutilised) closely.
