Arkade Developers reported standalone revenue of Rs 81,608.81 Lakhs for FY26, up ~19.5% YoY from Rs 68,309.62 Lakhs in FY25. However, the company posted a net loss of Rs 10,834.81 Lakhs for FY26 due to a Rs 18,217.09 Lakhs exceptional impairment charge. This impairment relates to the acquisition of Filmistan Private Limited (FPL) for Rs 170 Crores and subsequent demerger of rental business; the tenancy rights asset was found to have no future economic benefit potential.
