Arman Financial Services reported audited consolidated results for Q4 FY26. Total income declined to Rs. 64,586.57 lakhs from Rs. 73,004.39 lakhs in FY25, primarily due to lower interest income and reduced gain on assignment of financial assets. However, profit after tax grew to Rs. 5,660.53 lakhs from Rs. 5,207.32 lakhs, driven by lower impairment losses. On standalone basis, total income grew to Rs. 21,722.08 lakhs from Rs. 18,529.81 lakhs, but PAT declined to Rs. 4,060.89 lakhs from Rs. 4,316.96 lakhs. The auditors (Laxminiwas & Co.) issued unmodified (clean) opinions on both standalone and consolidated financial statements. Stage III loan assets remained manageable at 3.43% (consolidated) and 3.50% (standalone) of gross loan assets. The company also announced redesignation of Mr. Uttam Patel as Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer.
The consolidated revenue decline of ~11.5% YoY may concern investors, though improved profitability and clean audit opinions provide some comfort. The company's debt-equity ratio of 1.90x (consolidated) is elevated but within acceptable limits for an NBFC.
