Board approved Q1FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) results. Consolidated total income rose 37% YoY to Rs. 20,541.87 lakh from Rs. 15,026.09 lakh, but net profit fell 9% to Rs. 4,101.33 lakh from Rs. 4,517.15 lakh. Standalone net profit slipped to Rs. 1,244.99 lakh from Rs. 1,459.09 lakh. EPS stood at Rs. 11.87 (standalone). Debt-equity ratio at 2.01x, Stage III assets at 2.76%. Also granted 3600 ESOPs at Rs. 500 each and appointed Mr. Pushpendrakumar as Head Internal Audit.
Strong top-line growth but bottom-line contraction and rising finance costs may pressure the stock; minor ESOP dilution.
