Arman Financial Services Q2 FY26 standalone results: total income 5,210 lakhs, up about 21% YoY. Standalone PAT 891 lakhs vs 793 lakhs YoY. H1 FY26 standalone revenue grew 20% to 10,289 lakhs, PAT at 2,136 lakhs. However, consolidated PAT swung to a loss of 1,458 lakhs in Q2 (vs 799 lakhs profit YoY) as wholly owned subsidiary Namra Finance reported losses of around 2,857 lakhs in H1. Limited review by Laxminiwas & Co. was clean and unqualified.
Standalone results healthy; subsidiary losses pulled consolidated bottomline into red, a key concern for group profitability going forward.
