Arun Damji Gada and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have filed a disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI Takeover Regulations for the sale of equity shares in Arman Holdings Ltd. The seller group explicitly states they do NOT belong to the promoter or promoter group.
