Arun Damji Gada along with 13 Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), who are explicitly not part of the promoter group, sold a total of 29,000 equity shares of Arman Holdings Ltd in the open market on 13 November 2025. Pushpa Geethan Gada sold 17,000 shares (0.33% of capital) and Arun Damji Gada sold 12,000 shares (0.23%). Following this sale, the group's collective holding dropped from 833,617 shares (16.00%) to 804,617 shares (15.45%) of the company.
