Aro Granite's Q3 FY26 revenue from operations fell to Rs 1,469 lakh from Rs 3,012 lakh a year ago, a drop of over 50 percent. Nine-month revenue dropped to Rs 6,200 lakh from Rs 9,628 lakh. Net loss for the quarter widened to Rs 297 lakh versus Rs 0.44 lakh last year. Nine-month loss was Rs 541 lakh. Loss per share stood at Rs 1.92. The board appointed Mr Varathan Arul as additional independent director and approved a postal ballot notice. Auditor issued an unqualified opinion.
Sharp revenue fall and wider quarterly loss raise concerns about near-term profitability. Negative for sentiment.
