Arrow Greentech reported its Q3 FY26 unaudited results with standalone revenue from operations of Rs 4,473 lakhs, up about 11% year-on-year from Rs 4,030 lakhs, and standalone profit after tax of Rs 1,192 lakhs versus Rs 1,081 lakhs. On a nine-month basis, however, standalone revenue fell roughly 24% to Rs 12,238 lakhs (from Rs 16,192 lakhs) and PAT dropped to Rs 3,451 lakhs from Rs 5,158 lakhs. Consolidated Q3 revenue rose modestly to Rs 5,606 lakhs, but 9M consolidated revenue declined about 15% to Rs 15,873 lakhs with 9M PAT at Rs 3,995 lakhs versus Rs 5,161 lakhs. Segment data shows the Green Products segment nearly doubled year-on-year in Q3 (Rs 1,030 lakhs vs Rs 531 lakhs), while the High-tech Products segment shrank. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified review opinion on both sets of results.
Strong sequential quarterly performance and a robust Green Products segment are positives, but the sharp 9M revenue and earnings decline versus last year suggests weaker full-year momentum. Near-term stock reaction may depend on whether the Green Products growth can offset the High-tech slowdown.
