Arrowhead Separation Engineering Limited reported its H1 FY26 results (April–September 2025) with revenue from operations of Rs. 816.63 lakhs, down about 31.5% from Rs. 1,191.69 lakhs in H1 FY25. Despite the sharp revenue drop, the company swung to a net profit of Rs. 19.17 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 29.80 lakhs in the year-ago period, helped by lower finance costs and a favourable inventory adjustment. Basic EPS came in at Rs. 1.02 compared with negative Rs. 1.58 earlier. Total expenses, however, jumped to Rs. 1,961.26 lakhs from Rs. 1,221.39 lakhs, driven mainly by higher material costs and prior-period expenses. The auditor (B.B. Gusani & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications.
The return to profitability is encouraging, but the steep revenue decline and a continued negative operating cash flow of Rs. -172.03 lakhs (with cash on hand falling to Rs. 116.48 lakhs from Rs. 353.82 lakhs) point to weakening business momentum and tighter liquidity, which shareholders should monitor closely.
