Arrowhead Separation Engineering Limited reported its audited FY25 results showing a sharp slowdown in business. Total income dropped from Rs 2,489.03 lakhs in FY24 to Rs 2,046.50 lakhs in FY25, a decline of about 18%. Net profit collapsed from Rs 203.39 lakhs to just Rs 41.37 lakhs, down nearly 80%, and EPS fell from Rs 13.45 to Rs 2.21. The second half of FY25 (October 2024 to March 2025) actually slipped into a loss of Rs 29.50 lakhs, indicating a particularly weak final quarter. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion with no qualifications. The board also appointed a new Secretarial Auditor and Internal Auditor for FY25-26 and FY26-27.
Sharp revenue decline combined with collapsing profits and a loss-making second half raises serious concerns about business momentum and margins. Shareholders should expect pressure on the stock price in the short term despite the clean audit opinion.
