Arshiya Limited, which has been under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since April 23, 2024, has filed its list of creditors as of February 5, 2026. Total claims received amount to ₹6,714.37 crore, of which ₹6,652.04 crore (99%) have been admitted. Secured financial creditors dominate the list at ₹3,543.19 crore (Edelweiss ARC being the largest at ₹2,785 crore), followed by unsecured financial creditors at ₹3,086.32 crore. Operational creditors include 20 employees (₹1.90 crore claimed, ₹0.80 crore admitted), government dues of ₹464.45 crore (with ₹240.88 crore disputed and treated as contingent), and 30 other operational creditors (₹318.94 crore claimed, ₹80.89 crore admitted). Related party claims from Arshiya Northern FTWZ Limited and NCR Rail Infrastructure Limited are also present. The Resolution Professional has certified this list, and status of claims remains subject to further revision.
The admission of over ₹6,650 crore in claims indicates a very large debt burden. Recovery for equity shareholders is highly unlikely at this stage of the CIRP. Any resolution plan, if materialised, would likely result in significant dilution or wipe-out for existing equity holders.
