Arshiya Limited, under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since April 2024, has reported Q3 FY2025 standalone revenue of Rs. 450 lakhs and nine-month revenue of Rs. 1,350 lakhs (up 31% from Rs. 1,029.89 lakhs in 9M FY2024). The company posted a Q3 loss of Rs. 6.44 lakhs and nine-month loss of Rs. 120.81 lakhs, compared to a massive loss of Rs. 1,09,446.03 lakhs for full FY2025 primarily due to exceptional items of Rs. 1,06,820.66 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued a Disclaimer of Conclusion citing 18 material reasons including inability to verify revenue recognition (Rs. 1,350 lakhs billed to Ascendas Panvel FTWZ without executed contract or payments received), unverified corporate guarantees of Rs. 1,03,850 lakhs, untested asset impairments on PPE of Rs. 56,666.30 lakhs, and loss of 50 out of 71 employees in July-August 2024 plus key accounting staff. A suspended director refused to sign the financials. Consolidated results could not be prepared as subsidiary companies are also under CIRP.
The auditor's disclaimer of conclusion indicates severe reliability concerns about the financial statements. Shareholders should be aware that key revenue, assets, and liabilities remain unverified, and the company continues to operate under insolvency proceedings with significant uncertainty about future outcomes.
