Art Nirman reported H1 FY26 (April to September 2025) revenue of Rs 825.46 lakh, down about 41 percent from Rs 1396.13 lakh a year ago. Net profit fell to Rs 36.18 lakh from Rs 94.04 lakh. However, Q2 alone (ended September 2025) saw revenue jump to Rs 675.46 lakh from just Rs 150 lakh YoY. Total assets expanded to Rs 8811.73 lakh from Rs 6381.74 lakh, mainly due to inventory buildup of Rs 5690 lakh. Borrowings stood at Rs 1982 lakh. Board approved results on November 12, 2025, and statutory auditor KDN and Associates LLP issued a clean review report with no qualifications.
Half-year results remain weak despite a strong Q2 rebound from a low base. Heavy inventory signals ongoing project work. Neutral to mildly negative tone.
