Q1 FY27 revenue was Rs 316.71 lakh versus Rs 1,473.60 lakh year-ago, a drop of about 78 percent. Most of this is due to a new policy billing clients only after approval, which alone cut reported sales by Rs 517.82 lakh and profits by Rs 213.19 lakh. Net profit was Rs 94.30 lakh (EPS Rs 1.30) versus Rs 101.81 lakh (EPS Rs 1.40) last year. Auditor gave an unmodified opinion with an emphasis of matter on the policy change.
Headline revenue drop is largely accounting-driven; underlying profit decline is only about 7 percent year-on-year
