Artefact Projects Ltd reported strong results for FY25. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 30.05 crore from Rs 24.17 crore, a growth of about 24.4%. Net profit jumped to Rs 7.44 crore from Rs 5.33 crore, up roughly 39.5%. Total income stood at Rs 33.92 crore vs Rs 28.54 crore last year, with profit before tax rising to Rs 8.54 crore from Rs 5.21 crore. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (5%) and the auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The company is a single-segment project consultancy business based in Nagpur.
Strong revenue and profit growth signals healthy operational performance, likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. However, the sharp negative operating cash flow of around Rs 19 crore warrants a closer look at working capital movements before drawing strong conclusions.
