Artemis Medicare posted strong Q3 FY26 results on Feb 2, 2026. Standalone revenue grew 17.7 percent year on year to Rs 267.12 cr; nine month revenue hit Rs 786.70 cr, up 16 percent. Q3 standalone profit after tax was Rs 22.51 cr; nine month PAT rose about 23 percent to Rs 73.89 cr. Consolidated nine month PAT was Rs 73.43 cr on revenue of Rs 802.01 cr. The company booked a one-time Rs 3.07 cr exceptional charge for new Labour Codes. Board also approved a fundraise plan of up to Rs 700 cr via equity, debentures or other instruments.
Solid revenue and profit growth support the stock, but the Rs 700 cr fundraise may cause dilution. One-time Labour Code hit is small.
