Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated Q2 and first-half FY27 results. Consolidated Q2 revenue was Rs 311.04 crore, up 13.2% year on year, and net profit was Rs 31.10 crore, up 3.7%. First-half revenue was Rs 598.36 crore, up 13.0%, and net profit Rs 62.54 crore, up 22.2%. Operating cash flow was Rs 112.31 crore. Auditors found no material issue in the limited review. Q2 revenue and profit rose, H1 cash flow was strong, and new capacity is positive; however, profit growth lagged revenue amid margin pressure.
