Artificial Electronics Intelligent Material Ltd (formerly Datasoft Application Software India Ltd) reported a sharp jump in business for Q3 FY26. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs. 64.30 crore versus Rs. 17.29 crore in Q3 FY25, while nine-month revenue rose to Rs. 104.09 crore from Rs. 21.99 crore last year. Net profit for Q3 FY26 came in at Rs. 14.45 crore (vs Rs. 1.92 crore) and for 9M FY26 at Rs. 24.80 crore (vs Rs. 2.30 crore). EPS for the quarter was Rs. 5.41 compared to Rs. 1.13 a year ago. The auditor (D GM S & Co) issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report for both standalone and consolidated results. The company recently incorporated a 53% subsidiary called AIMOTO Works Pvt Ltd, but it has not started operations yet, so consolidated figures are the same as standalone.
The business has clearly pivoted and is delivering very strong revenue and profit growth, which is positive for shareholders. However, growth follows two preferential equity issues (Oct 2024 and Nov 2025) totalling over Rs. 67 crore, meaning existing shareholders face equity dilution. A large portion of the earlier preferential funds remains unutilised, so investors should watch how efficiently the new capital is deployed.
