Artson reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 2,613 lakh, down 42 percent YoY from Rs 4,474 lakh. It swung to a loss before tax of Rs 77 lakh and a loss after tax of Rs 41 lakh versus a profit of Rs 22 lakh in the year-ago quarter. EPS was minus 0.11. Management noted significant accumulated losses and assessed going concern based on support from holding company Tata Projects. Auditor Price Waterhouse gave an unmodified review report.
Revenue shrank sharply YoY and the company slipped into loss. Going concern flag persists though Tata Projects support mitigates near-term risk.
