Artson posted Q2 FY27 profit of Rs 200.62 lakh versus a loss of Rs 223.51 lakh a year ago, but revenue from operations fell nearly 20% YoY to Rs 3,867.61 lakh. Company flagged significant accumulated losses and disclosed ongoing Tata Projects Holding Company support for going concern. A Rs 992 lakh claim for extra project costs was booked this quarter. Tata Projects partly secured loan of Rs 40.30 crore maturity extended from 20 to 25 years. Board approved Walker Chandiok as new auditor from 2027. Auditor issued an unmodified review report.
Profitability improves YoY but revenue trajectory stays weak. Continued holding company support is critical for going concern.
