On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.8 pts less than its Garments & Apparels peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The Board of Arvind Limited on July 3, 2026 approved raising funds up to Rs 600 Crores through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) or other permissible modes. Securities may include equity shares, preference shares, convertible debentures, warrants, GDRs, ADRs, FCCBs or a combination, in one or more tranches. Pricing and timing to be decided by the Finance Committee. Shareholder consent will be sought through a postal ballot process.
Fund raise of up to Rs 600 Cr may dilute existing shareholders. QIP pricing is yet to be decided and could weigh on the stock in the near term.
