On the reaction day the stock moved 2.9 pts more than its Garments & Apparels peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
CARE Ratings' report for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 says Arvind deployed Rs 499.99 crore of its Rs 500 crore QIP issued in August 2026. Rs 400 crore repaid working-capital loans, Rs 86.11 crore covered working capital and vendor payments, and Rs 13.88 crore paid issue expenses. Only Rs 0.01 crore remained. No deviation was reported, although some fund use was verified through certificates because proceeds were commingled.
Debt repayment may improve liquidity. Full planned deployment is positive, but the commingled-funds verification caveat warrants attention.
