Arvind Limited's Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 7.5% to Rs. 7,632.32 crores (from Rs. 7,100.46 crores), while standalone profit after tax fell roughly 21% to Rs. 240.28 crores (from Rs. 304.90 crores) largely due to exceptional items of Rs. 30.07 crores toward impairment of investments. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 8,328.81 crores and consolidated PAT inched up to Rs. 367.38 crores. Statutory auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.75 per equity share and appointed M/s. Hitesh Buch & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY26 to FY30. The NCLT has also admitted the scheme to transfer the Advanced Materials division to a wholly owned subsidiary.
Mixed for shareholders - topline growth was modest and the standalone bottomline declined due to one-time investment impairment charges, but the clean audit opinion, consistent dividend payout, and progress on the Advanced Materials demerger are positive signals for long-term investors.
