Company acquired majority stake in US-based Dalco-GFT at $136 Mn enterprise value, its largest-ever deal, consolidated from May 6, 2026. Also completed Rs 500 Cr QIP. Volumes strong: Denim up 34%, Wovens up 7%, Garmenting crossed 11 Mn pieces. Net debt rose to Rs 2,158 Cr from Rs 1,172 Cr due to acquisition. Raw material cost pressure continues to weigh on textile margins, though prices expected to soften from August-September.
Strong quarter with margin gains and major US acquisition boosts growth outlook, but sharp rise in debt and raw material cost pressure remain key watchpoints.
