Arvind Limited has closed its Qualified Institutions Placement, allotting 99,00,990 equity shares at Rs 505 each, including a premium of Rs 495 over face value of Rs 10. The issue price is at a discount of 2.62 percent to the floor price of Rs 518.58. The total issue size is about Rs 500 crore. The issue opened on August 3, 2026, and closed on August 5, 2026, with funds received in the escrow account from eligible institutional buyers.
QIP pricing at a small discount to floor price may cause short-term share price pressure, but it strengthens the company equity base.
