On the reaction day the stock moved 2.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.9 pts more than its Garments & Apparels peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 consolidated revenue was ₹2,919 crore, up 23%, and EBITDA rose 27% to ₹331 crore; margin improved to 11.4% from 11.0%. H1 revenue rose 24% to ₹5,420 crore, EBITDA rose 32% to ₹590 crore and PAT before exceptional items rose 26% to ₹204 crore. Standalone operating cash flow was negative ₹132 crore. Earlier periods were reclassified after the Advanced Materials transfer; a ₹29.28 crore exceptional gain came from an impairment reversal.
Record growth and a rating upgrade support sentiment, but cost pressure, higher debt, equity dilution and negative operating cash flow may cap gains.
