Aryan Share and Stock Brokers reported FY25 audited results with revenue from operations rising sharply to Rs 89.77 lakhs from Rs 38.65 lakhs in FY24, driven mainly by net gain on fair value changes (Rs 72.73 lakhs). However, total income fell to Rs 121.37 lakhs from Rs 193.00 lakhs due to lower other income, and the company slipped into a loss with FY25 PAT of Rs (1.42) lakhs versus Rs 50.90 lakhs profit last year. EPS turned negative at Rs (1.05) versus Rs 1.70 in FY24. Operating cash flow improved to Rs 112.49 lakhs from a negative Rs 92.82 lakhs. The statutory auditor (Ramesh and Ramachandran) issued an unmodified opinion but flagged an Emphasis of Matter on a long-pending Tamil Nadu stamp duty dispute. The board also appointed S Ramesh Kumar & Associates as internal auditor for FY26. No dividend was declared.
Despite higher core revenue, profitability turned negative and EPS declined, which is negative for shareholders. The pending Rs 8.75 crore income tax demand for AY 2017-18 remains a key overhang. The share broking business was transferred in 2020, so the company now operates mainly as an investment entity, which limits operational visibility.
