Fedders Electric and Engineering has informed stock exchanges that no exit price has been fixed for the delisting of its equity shares, following an NCLT Allahabad order dated October 16, 2025, which directed the delisting from NSE and BSE under a resolution plan. The exit price was not recommended because 100% of the company's shareholding is held by promoters, leaving no public shareholders to offer an exit to. Consequently, no exit offer will be made under the SEBI Delisting Regulations, 2021. The delisting is therefore being carried out as part of a court-approved resolution plan rather than a voluntary delisting process.
The stock is being delisted from both NSE and BSE following a court-mandated resolution plan, but because promoters already own 100%, there is no exit price and no opportunity for shareholders to sell at a determined price. Any remaining shareholders on the register will lose their listed market for the shares with no guaranteed buyback or exit window.
