BCL Enterprises reported a sharp drop in business for Q2 FY26, with total income falling to Rs 27.07 lakhs from Rs 280.42 lakhs in Q2 FY25, a decline of roughly 90%. The company slipped into a net loss of Rs 5.81 lakhs in Q2 compared to a profit of Rs 57.33 lakhs a year ago. For the first half of FY26, total income stood at Rs 73.28 lakhs against Rs 412.81 lakhs last year, while net profit fell about 77% to Rs 18.24 lakhs. EPS for Q2 turned negative at Rs (0.02). The board also appointed M/s. Ghanshyam Gupta & Co. as the new internal auditor for FY 2025-26. Related-party transactions disclosed include office rent paid to the Managing Director's HUF and remuneration to key managerial personnel.
The steep revenue collapse and swing to a quarterly loss signal serious business slowdown, which is likely negative for the stock and reflects weak operating performance despite positive operating cash flow of Rs 42.16 lakhs in H1.
