Q3 FY26 standalone revenue grew 11.6 percent to Rs 1,177 crores but net profit fell 19.7 percent to Rs 103 crores. Nine-month net profit dropped 31.5 percent to Rs 204 crores. A one-time Rs 6.8 cr provision for new labour codes hurt Q3. Board approved Rs 2,000 cr capex for new float, coatings, and processing plants. Soniyana plant stabilized. Auditor VSSA gave clean review with emphasis of matter on subsidiary merger.
Cost pressures and one-time charges weighed on profits despite revenue growth. Large capex signals expansion confidence but may pressure near-term returns.
