AIS Q3 FY26 standalone revenue grew 11.6 percent YoY to Rs 1,177 cr but net profit fell about 20 percent to Rs 103 cr. Nine-month net profit dropped 31 percent to Rs 204 cr, hit by a Rs 6.8 cr one-time charge for new labour codes. Board approved capex of up to Rs 2,000 cr for new float, coatings and processing capacity. Third float glass plant at Soniyana in Rajasthan is now stable.
Capex of Rs 2,000 cr signals growth push but near-term margins under pressure. Profit decline may temper sentiment despite revenue growth.
