Asahi Songwon Colors has resubmitted its audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, clarifying that pages 3-4 of the auditor's report on consolidated results were missing in the earlier filing — no change in the actual numbers. Standalone revenue from operations grew strongly to Rs. 39,022.47 lakhs in FY25 vs Rs. 27,658.43 lakhs in FY24 (~41% growth), while Q4 standalone revenue rose to Rs. 10,724.06 lakhs (~28% YoY). Standalone PAT for FY25 was Rs. 2,548.87 lakhs, marginally lower than Rs. 2,632.79 lakhs in FY24 (which had a one-time Rs. 2,561 lakh gain from sale of leasehold land). Consolidated FY25 revenue grew ~32% to Rs. 56,235.84 lakhs with PAT of Rs. 1,685.54 lakhs. The auditor (Talati & Talati LLP) issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong topline growth is positive, but the slight dip in standalone FY25 PAT compared to a one-time-boosted FY24 base tempers the enthusiasm. The Rs. 1.50/share (15%) final dividend, subject to AGM approval, offers some yield support. Shareholders should view this as a procedural resubmission with no material change in numbers.
