On the reaction day the stock moved 5.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 5.8 pts less than its Dyes And Pigments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The Board approved standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations grew about 18% year-on-year to ₹10,613 lakhs, but profit after tax slipped marginally to ₹553 lakhs from ₹565 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, revenue rose about 12% to ₹14,988 lakhs, but profit after tax attributable to owners fell sharply by around 39% to ₹316 lakhs, reflecting higher costs and weaker contribution from the API segment which swung to a loss. Earnings per share on a consolidated basis dropped to ₹2.68 from ₹4.39. The statutory auditor (Talati & Talati LLP) issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results. The Board also appointed M/s SPANJ & Associates as the new Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval.
Mixed signals for shareholders: topline growth is healthy but profitability is under pressure, with consolidated PAT dropping nearly 40% on margin compression and a loss in the API segment. The clean auditor review and the routine secretarial auditor appointment are neutral events, but the weak earnings print may weigh on near-term sentiment.
