Ashiana Housing Q1 FY27 standalone net sales dropped about 69 percent year-on-year to Rs 83.5 crore from Rs 273 crore, on project timing. Net profit was largely flat at Rs 13.16 crore versus Rs 13.19 crore. Consolidated net sales fell to Rs 107.5 crore from Rs 293 crore. Board approved up to Rs 50 crore unsecured NCD issue, reappointed an independent director for five years, and hiked pay of MD, Jt MD and Whole Time Director. Also redeemed Rs 31.25 crore of NCDs.
Revenue dip reflects project timing; flat net profit shows margin discipline. Rs 50 cr NCD raise supports growth. Mildly positive overall.
