Ashiana Housing Ltd reported strong full-year results for FY2025-26. Standalone total income grew 88% to Rs 1,10,988 Lakhs from Rs 59,105 Lakhs in the previous year. Net profit on standalone basis stood at Rs 12,362 Lakhs, up approximately 39% from Rs 8,888 Lakhs in FY2024-25. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (75% on face value of Rs 2). The company also approved raising up to Rs 200 crore through secured NCDs and Rs 100 crore through unsecured NCDs on private placement basis. Statutory auditors B. Chhawchharia & Co. issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
The company delivered robust revenue growth of nearly 90% and healthy profit growth of ~39% year-on-year. The proposed dividend and strong cash generation (net cash from operations of Rs 16,972 Lakhs standalone) are positive signals for shareholders. However, planned NCD issuance of up to Rs 300 crore will increase debt levels.
