Ashika Global Securities allotted 2,00,000 equity shares to two non-promoter investors (Dilip Kumar Minny and Anju Garodia) on conversion of warrants at Rs. 609 each (premium Rs. 599, face value Rs. 10). The company received Rs. 9.14 crore as balance 75 percent payment. Separately, 16,00,000 warrants were forfeited for non-exercise within the 18-month window, retaining the 25 percent upfront amount of about Rs. 3.05 crore for the company. Post-allotment paid-up capital stands at Rs. 73.93 crore across 7.39 crore shares.
