For Q2 ended 30 September 2026, operating revenue rose 5.2% to Rs 388.04 lakh and profit after tax was Rs 5 lakh versus a Rs 7.18 lakh loss. In H1, operating revenue fell 1.7% to Rs 730.65 lakh, but profit after tax rose 130% to Rs 73.56 lakh. H1 included Rs 70.44 lakh of unrealised mutual fund fair-value gains. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 0.89 lakh versus positive Rs 60.08 lakh. Auditors found no material error.
Profit improved, but most H1 gains came from investments and operating cash flow turned slightly negative, making the near-term stock impact mixed.
