Ashnisha Industries has completed its Rights Issue and allotted 16.41 crore equity shares of face value Re. 1 each at an issue price of Rs. 3 per share, including a premium of Rs. 2 per share. The issue size aggregates to about Rs. 49.24 crores. The Rights Issue opened on 14th October 2025 and closed on 11th November 2025, after being extended from the earlier scheduled close of 3rd November 2025. Following this allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital has risen from Rs. 10.10 crores to Rs. 26.51 crores, more than doubling the share base. The allotment was finalised in consultation with the Registrar (Purva Sharegistry) and approved by BSE.
Existing shareholders have seen their stake get diluted as the company's share count has grown by roughly 162% (from Rs. 10.10 cr to Rs. 26.51 cr in paid-up capital). However, the company has raised fresh capital of about Rs. 49 crores which could be used for growth or debt reduction. With face value at Re. 1 and issue price at Rs. 3, the issue was priced at a 200% premium to face value — shareholders should watch how the stock reacts to this significant capital expansion.
