Ashok Leyland approved Q2 FY26 unaudited results. Standalone revenue Rs 9,588 cr (up 9% YoY), PAT Rs 771 cr (flat). H1 consolidated revenue Rs 24,285 cr (up 11%), PAT Rs 1,477 cr. Operating cashflow was negative Rs 1,427 cr for H1 standalone vs positive Rs 1,303 cr last year. Exceptional item of Rs 40 cr for litigation provisions. Board declared interim dividend of Re 1 per share, record date Nov 18, 2025. Bonus issue 1:1 was completed in July 2025.
Modest growth in revenue and PAT but weak cashflows raise concerns. Re 1 dividend declared; near-term focus on execution and working capital.
