Ashoka Buildcon filed its 33rd AGM presentation. Order book stands at Rs.15,312 Cr as of March 2026, with roads and railways at 66 percent. New orders worth Rs.6,565 Cr received during the year, plus USD 392 Mn in international projects from Guyana, Liberia, Angola, and Saudi Arabia. Asset monetization continued with 5 BOT SPVs sold for Rs.1,814 Cr and 5 HAM SPVs for Rs.1,146 Cr. FY26 turnover dipped to Rs.7,705 Cr from Rs.10,205 Cr due to lower EPC execution and divestments. Standalone debt-equity at 0.49x with AA Stable rating reaffirmed.
SPV stake sales boost liquidity and reduce project debt; turnover dip reflects execution slowdown and divestments. Order pipeline stays healthy across segments.
