Q2 FY27 standalone revenue rose 4.1% to Rs 1,356 crore, but earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation fell 16.2% to Rs 134 crore; margin eased to 9.9% from 12.3%. H1 revenue rose 1.3%, while pre-tax profit before exceptional items fell 6.0%. Consolidated H1 revenue fell 18.3% to Rs 3,143 crore and operating earnings fell 53.0% to Rs 607 crore. Order book was Rs 15,964 crore at September 30, plus Rs 391 crore of later wins.
New orders support future revenue and lower debt reduces risk, but weaker margins and consolidated earnings may weigh on sentiment.
