Ashram Online.Com Ltd reported a net loss of Rs 5.03 lakhs in Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025), wider than the Rs 2.37 lakh loss in the previous quarter and Rs 2.02 lakh loss in the year-ago quarter. For the nine months ended December 2025, the net loss stood at Rs 11.80 lakhs versus Rs 8.09 lakhs in the same period last year. Revenue from operations for 9M FY26 grew to Rs 34.34 lakhs from Rs 24.22 lakhs, a rise of about 42% year-on-year, helped by both operations and other income. Total expenses rose sharply to Rs 79.28 lakhs (9M) from Rs 53.82 lakhs, driven mainly by new finance costs of Rs 13.95 lakhs (vs nil last year) and higher employee and purchase costs. The company's reserves remain negative at Rs -56.19 lakhs, and the statutory auditors (M/s Darpan & Associates) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Despite strong top-line growth, the company continues to post widening losses and has eroded shareholder reserves into negative territory, raising concerns about long-term financial health. Shareholders should watch for any signs of fresh fundraising, cost control measures, or a turnaround plan from management.
