Tridev Infraestates (formerly Ashutosh Paper Mills) has completed its share capital reduction under Section 66 of the Companies Act. The NCLT approved the reduction on 30 June 2026, and the Registrar of Companies has registered the order dated 4 August 2026. Post-reduction, the paid-up capital stands at about Rs 3.26 crore divided into 32.62 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each, against authorised capital of Rs 8 crore.
Capital reduction typically writes off accumulated losses or cancels shares, which can reduce book value per share for existing holders. Monitor revised EPS and net worth.
