ASI Industries' Board approved unaudited standalone results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025. Revenue from operations for Q2 fell to Rs. 2,056.20 lakhs from Rs. 2,331.48 lakhs YoY, a decline of about 11.8%, while H1 revenue dropped 13.3% to Rs. 5,005.51 lakhs from Rs. 5,771.58 lakhs. Despite weaker top-line, Q2 profit after tax rose sharply to Rs. 81.30 lakhs (from Rs. 50.43 lakhs, up ~61%) and H1 PAT grew to Rs. 485.46 lakhs from Rs. 438.43 lakhs. The company blamed lower production and sales on an unusually heavy monsoon with more than double the usual rainfall near its mining areas. Operating cash flow remained positive at Rs. 939.23 lakhs for H1 (vs Rs. 2,467.75 lakhs last year), and borrowings were further reduced.
Mixed signals for shareholders: revenue weakness due to weather-related disruptions is a temporary concern, but margin resilience and strong PAT growth along with debt reduction are positives. Watch for monsoon recovery and a return to revenue growth in subsequent quarters.
