Asia Pack Ltd filed unaudited results for Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 Jun 2026). Total income was about Rs 25.52 lakh versus Rs 47.09 lakh in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 1.78 lakh from Rs 6.33 lakh. Net profit stood at Rs 13.49 lakh with EPS of Rs 0.51, versus Rs 21.24 lakh and EPS of Rs 0.88 a year ago. Total expenses were Rs 10.57 lakh. Auditor Rakesh Ajmera and Associates issued an unqualified limited review. The 41st AGM is scheduled for 29 Sep 2026.
